Start with something practical. Books on session planning and coaching philosophy tend to have the most immediate impact for newer coaches. Every Moment Matters by John O Sullivan is excellent for youth coaches. For tactical understanding, Inverting the Pyramid by Jonathan Wilson is the standard recommendation.
Are there football coaching books available as eBooks?

Should I read books from outside football?
