1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Football Coaching Directory ("FCD", "the Service"), available at https://fcd.football, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FCD is a free, community-driven directory for football coaching tools, resources, apps, courses, books, equipment, and more. Users can browse listings, upvote tools, submit new listings, and subscribe to updates. FCD also offers optional paid sponsorship and premium listing placements for businesses.

3. User Accounts

Account creation is handled via Google OAuth. By signing in, you grant FCD access to your public Google profile information (name, email address, and profile picture). You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

4. Listing Submissions

Users may submit listings to the directory. All submissions are subject to review before they appear publicly. By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

The information provided is accurate and not misleading.
You have the right to submit the listing and any associated content (logos, descriptions, screenshots).
The listing does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

Prohibited content includes:

Spam, fraudulent, or misleading listings.
Content that promotes illegal activity or violates any applicable law.
Malicious software, phishing links, or harmful downloads.
Content that is defamatory, abusive, or harassing.
Duplicate submissions of listings already present in the directory.

FCD reserves the right to remove or hide any listing at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The FCD name, logo, and website design are the property of 360TFT. Listings and their associated content (logos, descriptions) remain the property of their respective owners. By submitting a listing, you grant FCD a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the submitted content within the directory.

6. Sponsorship Terms

FCD offers paid sponsorship slots and premium listing placements. Sponsorship fees are billed monthly via Stripe. Sponsors may cancel at any time, and their sponsored placement will remain active until the end of the current billing period. FCD does not guarantee specific traffic, click, or conversion volumes for sponsored placements.

7. Disclaimer

FCD is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. FCD does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing, tool, resource, or service listed in the directory. Users access third-party tools and resources at their own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FCD and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service, any third-party tool listed in the directory, or any interruption or loss of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of FCD after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
