4 Stations and players should spend 1-2 minutes at each station, rotating roles at each station. Clockwise From Top Left: • Green passes to Black, who tries to drive through the gate. Green must sprint to defend and prevent Black from progressing. • Green passes to Black, who tries to drive through either gate. Green must sprint to defend and prevent Black from progressing. • Green passes to Black, who tries to drive through either gate. Green must sprint to defend and prevent Black from progressing. • The Coach/Player plays the ball in front of Green and Black, which is the trigger for both players to compete for possession of the ball. Whoever is in possession should drive through the gate. Ensure that you move the position of the gates to suit different 1v1 requirements. Adding more gates introduces more twisting and turning.
