• Attackers • Go at pace. • Look what the defender is doing. • Can you fake to go one way and change direction? • Exaggerate any movement to unbalance the defender. • Defenders • Don’t over commit, the attacker needs to beat you. • Side on, low, and close to the attacker. • Stay on your feet. • If you do get beat, recover.
