• Set up a full-size goal with a goalkeeper. • Players are numbered (1, 2, 3, and 4) for a structured sequence of play. • Player 1 makes a movement to receive a pass from Player 2, then finishes first time in the mini goal. • Once Player 1 shoots, Player 3 starts to dribble down the wide area before delivering a cross into the box. • Player 2 continues their run to meet the cross, while Player 1 must quickly recover and transition to a defensive role against Player 2. • As soon as the cross is delivered and the chance converted or lost, Player 4 can start to drive towards goals, while Players 1, 2, and 3 react and recover to defend against Player 4. • If the defender or goalkeeper wins the ball at any stage, they can counter and score in the mini goal. • Rotate roles after each repetition.
