• Set up a square grid with players on each corner and a neutral players (N) on each side. • Players rotate positions after each cycle. • Pattern A (Top Sequence): • N plays into Player A • A bounces to Player B • B plays a forward pass to the free player N on the next side • Sequence restarts on the next corner. You must find a new N player to start the sequence again • Pattern B (Bottom Sequence): • N plays to A • A bounces back • N plays to B • B plays forward into next N • Use both sequences as part of a rotation, switching direction halfway through the drill. • Progression: • One-touch bounces where possible • Increase tempo • Add a defender in the central area to encourage scanning and disguise
