• Set up a rectangular pitch divided into thirds or play freely within the square. • Teams play 3v3 inside the middle area. • Two neutrals (yellow) play on opposite ends and can’t be pressed. • Teams keep possession and aim to bounce the ball through both neutrals (end-to-end) to earn a point. • The neutrals play one-touch or two-touch, depending on ability. • Rotate neutrals every 90 seconds.
