• Format: 4v4+4 • Play inside a square or rectangular pitch with four neutrals placed on the outside (two in wide zones, two end line). • Two teams play 4v4 in the middle. • Scoring: To score in either mini goal, a team must involve at least one third-man pass using a floater or internal combination before finishing. • Transition Rule: As soon as a goal is scored, the conceding team becomes the neutrals and the neutrals rotate in as the new possession team. • Neutrals are 1 or 2 touch max and act as neutral supports. • The game is directional, teams must attack specific goals.
