Setup: - Set up three mini-goals for each team on opposite ends of a rectangular pitch. Label one goal "L" (left), another "B” (both), and the last goal "R" (right). - Divide players into two equal teams. Execution: - Each team has three goals to score in, but: - Players can only score with their left foot in the left goal (L). - Players can score with any foot in the middle goal (B). - Players can only score with their right foot in the right goal (R). - Play starts with one team in possession. - Defenders must work to block shots and regain possession. Progressions: - Challenge Specific Foot: Players must use their right foot in the left goal and their left foot in the right goal. - One-Touch Scoring: Players must complete one-touch finishes when shooting.
