8v8 game format with four mini-goals (two on each end of the pitch). Each team has a locked-in striker positioned behind the opposition’s goal. This striker acts as a wall-pass target to encourage central play. The striker is initially restricted to one zone, between the goals. Teams aim to score in any of the four mini goals by breaking defensive lines and using: - The striker behind the goal as a bounce player - Third-man runs or disguised passes to play through the block. Allow the striker behind the goals to move freely across the line to support wider combinations. Introduce a limit on back passes to encourage forward thinking. Award double points for goals scored following a one-touch pass from the target player.
