• Organize players in their game formation, ensuring each position is occupied. • If extra players are available, rotate them into the starting positions. • Both sides start simultaneously and work through the passing pattern shown. • The ball is circulated through the sequence until it reaches positions F and L, where players will dribble forward and finish on goal. • After shooting, players rotate: • Players at F and L retrieve their ball and move to G and A, respectively. • All other players follow their pass to the next station. • To progress the session: • Introduce a second or third pattern to add variation. • Flip the exercise so the passing sequence is worked on the left-hand side.
