• Two teams compete on a half-pitch. • Black team: 9 players, focusing on defensive organisation. • Blue team: 11 players, including two locked-in wide players limited to two-touch play. • The game always starts from the Blue team, who must build up from the back while the Black team defends. • Black team can send a maximum of two players to press in the build-up zone. • Blue team can only score in or beyond the finishing zone. • If the ball goes wide, the Black team must shuffle across and attempt to regain possession. • Rotate roles after a set time.
