- The game starts with the goalkeeper giving the ball away to the attacking team (green), initiating a 6v4 scenario. - Wide Green players cannot leave the wide zone and are on two touch. - The defending team (black) operates as a back four and aims to protect the penalty box and goal. They cannot leave the central zone. - Attacking team attempts to score in the large goal. - Defending team can win possession and counter to finish in either of the wide mini goals positioned in the wide channels. - After each phase, attackers and defenders rotate or attackers rotate only to preserve back four cohesion.
