• Create a square grid using flat mannequins, cones, or poles. • Place one player at each corner and two central poles representing passive defenders. • Start balls with players at the base of each corner. • One side uses right-foot twist-offs, the other uses left-foot twist-offs. • The player starts with a sole roll along the edge of the square. • At the mannequin, perform a twist-off turn (right foot on one side, left foot on the other). • After twisting off, dribble at pace towards the central poles. • Complete a 1-2 pass via the middle player. • Head back to the start and repeat. • Swap middle and outside players often.
