Bounce Pass and Switch

Practice bouncing a pass, switching play with limited touches, and attacking with realism and end product

• Bounce pass must be clean, accurate, and ideally one-touch • Receive on the back foot, body open • Second touch must set up the switch quickly • Use different types of passes to adapt to distance and speed 1v1 Execution • Drive at the defender with purpose • Use disguise, changes of pace or direction • End product must be realistic — finish with a purpose Game Understanding • Scan before receiving • Recognise when to switch quickly • Adjust touch and tempo under pressure • Compete at full intensity in the 1v1 progression
