Phase 1: 3v0 Attack to Finish • Play begins with 3 Black attackers combining unopposed to finish into one of the three mini goals. They must combine with the central attacker (A). • The neutral defender (D) must defend against the neutral attacker (A). Both players are locked in the square, creating a 1v1. • As soon as a shot is taken, the central Black player drops out and three new attackers enter the pitch. Phase 2: 3v2 With +1 • The game now becomes a 3v2 with an attacking neutral (A) swinging around to play with Reds. • The neutral attacker must be used to create central combinations, for example via bounce passes or third-man runs. • Defenders work to delay and deny access to the neutral, forcing play wide or backwards. The neutral D attempts to disrupt the ball into the neutral A, who needs to find space. • Defenders may use the defensive neutral (D) if they regain possession to support a counter attack, but are not required to. • Rotate the neutral players every few turns.
