The players are split into two teams: Defending Team: 10 outfield players. Attacking Team: 10 outfield players plus a goalkeeper. The game begins with the attacking team building play from the mini-goals, aiming to score. The defending team’s objective is to stop the attacking team from scoring and launch a counterattack. The attacking team must apply an immediate counter-press when they lose possession to quickly regain the ball. After a set time period, the teams rotate roles, or a rest period can be introduced. The team with the most goals at the end of the practice is declared the winner.
