• This technical passing sequence is built around the use of a third man runner and positional support • The ball starts with Player A, who is a number 9 or 10 in a game. • Player A passes the ball back to Player B • Player B then plays a pass to Player C • This is the trigger for the movement shown from Player D • Player C passes the ball to Player D • This is the trigger for the movement shown from Player E • Player D sets the ball back for Player E, and immediately starts an out to in run behind the mannequin • The set is the trigger for the movement shown from Player A • Player E then sets the ball in the pocket for Player A, who plays in Player D • Player D then crosses into the mini goal • The rotation is A to B, B to C, C to E, E to D • Cones can be used to represent passive defenders or spatial constraints to encourage awareness of lines and movement timing
