Setup the exercise as shown Black should be setup as a 2-4-2. Red setup as a 4-3-1. The game has general rules: - The Red 6's are locked in the middle zone. - The wide FB’s are locked in the wide zone. - The Black CB’s are locked in their respective green zones. The game starts in two different ways, but only starts one way at a time. Black Start Game should always start from one of the CB’s and the black team need to make 4 passes in the initial zone before transferring the ball to a CB teammate in the opposite zone. This counts as one goal and the game continues from the opposite zone. If Reds can steal, they can score in the goals. Progression: If they score within 5 seconds, this counts as 2 goals. Red Start Game should always start from one of the FB’s and the Reds must attack the mini goals. If Black steal, they can score by making 4 passes. If they manage to transfer the ball to the other zone, this counts as another goal.
