From left to right Station 1: Bounce with the left foot, shuffle across, bounce with the right foot, and then sprint to the pole, changing direction all the way to the top. Once complete, jog back down to the next station. Station 2: Bounce with the left foot, shuffle across, bounce with the right foot, sprint to the pole, and then jog back down to the next station. Station 3: Bounce with the left foot, shuffle across, bounce with the right foot, and the sprint to the poles, changing direction at the top. Once complete, jog back down to the next station. Station 4: Bounce with the left foot, shuffle across and open out, play the pass to the back foot, receive, and dribble to the pole and then around it, then to the balls. Leave the ball and jog to the cone, then sprint to the next cone, all the way back to the start.
