• Take care of the ball. Use both feet to pass. • Movements should be at speed, but controlled. • Sprint up, jog back. • If you are opening out to receive a pass then open out by turning your hips and shoulders. • Change your attitude on the sprint to an aggressive attitude. • Vary the serves (on the ground, in the air, headers, chest, etc.).
