Improve on receiving in potential 1-2 situations.
This unopposed practice can be run with a minimum of 6 players. Setup: Position players as shown in the diagram. Players A and B start by playing bounce passes with players C and D, respectively. Sequence: 1. After the ball is bounced back to A and B, they complete a 1-2 passing sequence around the mannequin with C and D. 2. When C and D receive the ball, they dribble to the furthest cone to their left. 3. A and B move into the positions behind the mannequin previously occupied by C and D. 4. At the cone, C passes to player F, and D passes to player E, triggering the sequence to restart. 5. After passing, C and D sprint around the pole and join the next queue as part of their conditioning. Progression: After a set time, switch sides. Players start on the opposite side of the mannequins and dribble to the cone on their right instead of the left.
