Players are divided into two teams of 4. A 4v2 rondo takes place in the middle, with the remaining two players positioned in the zones outside the rondo. The game begins as a standard rondo, but the team of 4 can attempt to score in the mini goals at any time, earning 1 point for each successful goal. The zone players on the outside of the rondo are tasked with blocking shots. If they manage to score after blocking, they also earn 1 point. If the ball goes out of play, the team of 4 remains in the middle to restart the game. When the defenders win possession, they have the opportunity to score in the mini goals either directly or by combining with the zone players. Once the defending team scores, they take over as the team in the middle of the rondo. A time limit can be applied, and the team with the highest score at the end of the allotted time is declared the winner.
