Setup: Position players as shown in the diagram, with the green cones representing starting points, and the yellow cones representing gates. All players involved should have a ball, except the player who is going to start the exercise. Rules: - The pass will always come from the right and be played into the middle of the square. - Players will always drive off to their left when they receive the ball. - Once through the gate, players will turn right and end up diagonally across from where they started. Execution: - The player without the ball will run for the middle. - The player to their right will play a pass into the middle, in front of the player who is running. - The player in the middle will receive, drive off left, and join the queue to their right. - The player who just passed their ball starts to run for the middle and repeats the sequence (receiving from their right).
