Free-For-All (1v1v1v1)

To improve individual attacking and defending skills under pressure, promote decision-making in chaotic situations, and encourage scanning, spatial awareness, and transition reactions.

- Set up a square grid with four mini cone goals, each one colour-coded and assigned to a player. - Each player defends their own goal, which is the gate, and can score in any of the other three goals. - Coach plays the ball to a player to start, whoever receives becomes the attacker, and the other players are defenders. - Defending players can choose to defend their own goal or press to win the ball. - Players can score by dribbling through one of the defenders gates. - Once a goal is scored or the ball leaves play, the coach restarts with a new ball. Rotate the players often. - Progression: Turn into 2v2 with whomever receives the ball, passing to one other player who becomes their partner. The team of 2 attack the other 2 gates to score, with the remaining players defending the goals.
