• Full 11v11 match played on half a pitch, with both teams attacking full-size goals. • Green Team set up in a 4-3-3 structure. • Red Team set up in a 4-2-3-1 structure. • The game is free play. There are no touch, player, or phase restrictions, and players are free to rotate and solve problems within their shape. • The coach allows the game to flow, intervening only for tactical or learning moments. • Start restarts from the nearest goalkeeper or a neutral ball drop from the coach. • Focus is on game realism, spatial awareness, and transitions between defensive and attacking shapes.
