Improved ability to receive with pressure from behind.
1. Both sides start simultaneously. 2. Player B runs toward Player A, who passes once Player B passes the last yellow cone. 3. Player B receives, spins, and dribbles back through the cones to finish in the mini-goal. 4. After finishing, both players sprint to the coach/player at the bottom. 5. The first to arrive receives a pass and tries to score in the central goal, while the other defends. If the defender wins the ball, they can counter and score.
