1-2's (Exercise 1) Black: First pass to furthest leg away of Red, run forward, receive with back foot. Red: Play back in one touch, play a few metres in front so black runs onto the pass. 3rd Man (Exercises 2 and 3) Black: Make eye contact with Red, be aware of where the 3rd man is to help you decide where to play the pass (front or back foot). Red: Be aware of where the free player is (scan), play to a free player in one touch, and play a soft set to a Black player so they can play one touch. 1st Receiver in Black: Be aware of where the next pass is, play one touch. 2nd Receiver in Black: Receive with the backfoot.
