• Two teams compete just short of half a pitch. • Black team: 7 players, with two wide. • Blue team: 7 players, with two wide. • Yellow team: 2 neutral players who facilitate play. • The game always starts from the mini-goals, encouraging teams to build play progressively. • The team in possession must first pass to the neutral Yellow players before progressing toward goal. • As soon as a Yellow receives, this is the trigger for the wide players to be unlocked as the Yellow player will have received the ball facing forward and with no pressure. • Can the wide players outrun the defender and can the defender match the run? • The team who scores, restarts the game from beside the mini-goals.
