• Use an appropriately sized area for your age group. • Set up two full-sized goals with goalkeepers. • Divide players into two balanced teams (e.g., 7v7, 9v9 or 11v11). • Place neutral players along the wide channels if desired, depending on numbers and tactical focus. • Touch Rule: If Player A plays one-touch, then the next player (Player B) can play two-touch. If Player A plays two touches, then Player B must only take one touch. The chain continues: the number of touches available is set by the player before you. • Neutral Players: Neutrals (if used) maintain width and can move up and down their side zone. They follow the same touch rules as field players. • Scoring: A goal in either full-sized goal counts as a standard goal. Match restarts from GK after goals or out-of-play moments.
