To improve players’ ability to execute killer passes and combine with off-the-ball runs under physical fatigue. Reinforces correct movement, body shape, and technical execution within a fitness-loaded format.
Setup: • Set up 4 station as show, with 3 mannequins or cones acting as passive defenders. • Players are positioned in pairs (A & B on one side, C & D on the other). • Players dribble, pass, sprint, and rotate through a timed or rep-based circuit. Process: 1. Players A and B start by dribbling towards the 1st mannequins and perform a face-to-face move. 2. At the middle mannequin, players perform a cut + shield move so that Player A is facing Player C and Player B is facing Player D. 3. A passes to C, B passes to D (as shown by the red lines). 4. After passing, A and B sprint diagonally (blue line) to the opposite cone and join the new queue (players without balls). 5. Players C and D dribble to the middle cone (yellow flat marker in the diagram) and pass to new players E and F (C to F and D to E). C and D follow their pass. 6. The sequence restarts with E and F maintaining the rhythm and rotation.
