Improved ability to combine with teammates in an up, back, through combination.
This unopposed practice can be run with a minimum of 5 players and a maximum of a full squad. Set the players up as shown in the diagram. The game begins with Player 1, who plays a pass to Player 4, who then sets for Player 5, who plays it into the space for Player 2 to run onto and score. After this, player 2 gets the ball from player 3 for a second finish. A progression would be that player 5 can run in behind for an optional cross. Once the sequence is over, the same sequence takes place on the opposite side of the pitch (if applicable). The rotation is sequential (1 to 2, 2 to 3, etc.).
