Constant repetition of playing out from the back and attacking in the final third.
• The game is played between two equal-sized teams, with neutral players positioned on the halfway line. • The game always begins with the goalkeeper, who supports the team in possession. • The build-up team’s objective is to work the ball to a neutral player on halfway. • Once a neutral receives the ball, the build-up team transitions into the attacking team and can attempt to score. • If the defending team wins possession, they work the ball to the neutral player(s) and transition to attack. • Play restarts with the goalkeeper whenever the ball goes out, and the team in possession resumes as the build-up team. • Progression: When neutrals receive the ball, they can step onto the pitch to create an overload, returning to the halfway line once the attacking phase concludes.
