Attacking Transition ◦ Player who wins the ball is vulnerable. ◦ Take advantage of the opponent's disorganisation. Don't be scared to make the furthest pass forward. Defensive Transitions ◦ Change of attitude to aggressive defence. ◦ The first 5 seconds are key. The person who has just won the ball is most vulnerable.
