Patterned Crossing and Finishing

Develop timing, accuracy, and execution in wide-area crossing and finishing scenarios.

• Left-Hand Side • Players 1 and 2 execute a set pattern involving short one touch passes until they reach the end of the cones. • Once they reach the end, Player 2 opens out and receives the last pass from Player 1. • Player 2 then dribbles around the second set of cones and then beats the mannequin to finish. • Rotation: Player 1 to Player 2. • Right-Hand Side • Players 1 and 2 execute a set pattern involving short one touch passes until they reach the end of the cones. • Once they reach the end, Player 1 opens out and receives the last pass from Player 2. • Player 2 then sprints in the manner show (dotted line), while Player 1 passes to Player 3. • As soon as Player 2 is at end of the cones, they play a 1-2 around the mannequin with Player 3. • Player 2 then crosses in the mini-goal to finish. • Rotation: Player 1 to Player 2 to Player 3.
