Physical Duels

Rondo If a player in the middle touches the ball, the team who lost it run into the middle, touch hands and become the defenders. The team who were the defenders replace them. The game doesn't stop while this is happening. Positional Game If a team keeps the ball for x seconds = a goal. Can keep the ball through a pass, dribbling, shielding, etc. and can use the floaters (yellow). SSG Red v black, each team attacking 2 goals. The team in possession can use the yellows.
