To develop players' ability to break defensive lines through quick, progressive passing and intelligent movement.
• 16 players (7 Green, 7 Black, and 2 Neutrals). • Use a pitch divided into two halves with three small goals on each end. • The two neutral players act as floaters, who support the team in possession. Execution: • Both teams aim to attack three small goals while defending their own. • The team in possession can utilise the neutral players, who are free to move up and down the pitch to support play. • Players are encouraged to find progressive passes to break through defensive lines and reach the target goals. • Teams can use a neutral player as a wall pass to assist in scoring. • Quick ball circulation and movement are key to unlocking the defensive setup.
