An opposed practice to enhance receiving, driving at defenders, and finishing.
Set up with at least 13 players, 2 goalkeepers, and split into groups of 3 (Green and Black) with a neutral Red player. All balls start with Player A. The game begins with both A players delivering a long pass to their respective B players. • B players attack the ball, gain control, and drive toward the goal. • A players will defend 1v1 against the player they passed to. The Red player supports either B player, and B players must decide when to involve them or go alone. If A wins, they can score in the opposite goal. After the sequence has finished, B retrieves the ball, and joins A's queue. A follows their pass to join B's queue. Swap the Red player every 5 minutes.
