• Create a vertical playing grid with a central cone representing pressure and two mini-goals or target gates on each end. • Use two stations: two outside bounce zones and a central scanning/receiving line. • Trigger Movement: The players at the front of the green and blue lines pass forward and bounces off the receiving green and blue players in the middle. • Scanning Action: After the bounce, the receiving player opens out and scans the opposite yellow cone to simulate pressure. • End Product: The middle players receive with an open body position and finish into the mini-goals. • Rotation: Servers move across to become the next receiver. Players who finish collect their ball and join the opposite queue. • Swap sides after a set number of reps or time.
