• The game is played as a 10v11 on half a pitch. • Greens line up as a 4-2-3. • Reds line up as a 4-2-3-1. • The green team attacks the full-size goal, plus the mini goals under special conditions. • The red team attacks the full-sized goal. • If the red team lose possession in the final third, the green team can score in the middle goals or the full-sized goal they are attacking. • If the green team go past the mini goals, they cannot score in them for that phase. • Reds must counter-press immediately to prevent the green team scoring in the mini goals. • If the red team cannot win the ball, they should protect the middle of the pitch to force the green team to go around or over the mini goals so they cannot use them for that phase. • If counter pressure is successful, play continues, and the attacking team is rewarded with possession near the green goal. • Coach restarts play with either goalkeeper after a goal or out-of-play. • Swap halves after a set amount of time.
