• The game is played in two equal zones (left and right). • It is 6v6 (or similar depending on numbers), split evenly across the two zones. • The team in possession earns points by scoring into mini-goals. ◦ 1 point for scoring in the same zone. ◦ 3 points for successfully switching zones and scoring in the opposite half. • Players must identify when they have drawn enough pressure to one side before switching quickly to the other. • Defenders aim to press with intensity and force mistakes in small spaces. • On regain, the defending team immediately becomes the attacking team and must exploit disorganisation to switch or score.
