Improved ability to combine with teammates in an up, back, through combination.
Set up the practice as shown, using mannequins for reference points. Players execute the passing and movement sequence, incorporating multiple up, back, and through passes, with a switch at each end of the play. After passing, players rotate to the next position in the sequence. The first pass should be firm and sharp, the set-back pass softer, and the through ball delivered with speed and precision. Adjust the passing tempo throughout. The set touch should draw defenders in, while the through touch exploits the space behind them. Players must move dynamically into each pass, maintaining momentum and avoiding static positions.
