Coaching points
Attackers: - Move the ball quickly: Manipulate the defenders’ positioning with fast, accurate passes. - Awareness: Plan your next pass before receiving the ball. Identify opportunities to "split" the defenders. - Support Play: Always offer an angle for a teammate to pass. Defenders: - Defend in layers: One presses the ball, while others cover potential passing lanes. - Compactness: Keep play in front of you and try to corner the attackers to limit their options.
