To enhance players' ability to quickly transition between attacking and defending, improve spatial awareness, and encourage creativity and bravery in possession.

Games begin simultaneously; normal rules apply. When a team concedes a goal, they immediately rotate off, and the waiting team rotates onto the pitch to replace them. The winning team stays on, but the team who rotate on starts with the ball.
