The Multi Purpose Session

A full session to help you coach whatever theme you want to work on.

Rondo Outside players can transfer ball to the other grid. When this happens, defenders run into the other grid. Outside players join the second grid, as does player in the middle. Positional Game Red v black. Must pass to a yellow, who passes back, before you go to goal. The action resets if the other team wins the ball. Progression: Yellow can burst on & join the phase of play. When it breaks down, yellow goes back out. Game Directional game. Team in possession can use the floaters (yellows).
