Coaching points
• Both A players start by running around their mannequin as shown. • As A nears the mannequin, B plays them a pass for a shot. • Scoring: • 1-touch finish = 3 points. • Multiple-touch finish = 1 point. • First team to 21 points wins. • Rotation: • After shooting, A collects the ball and joins B’s queue. B moves to A’s queue. • Swap queues after a set time to work both feet. • Progression: • For players aged 16+, a first-time volley or header earns 5 points.
