To enhance quick, incisive passing, forward progression, combination play, and readiness for rebounds and second-phase opportunities.
• Play begins from the goalkeeper, and the team in possession must complete at least 3 consecutive passes within their zone. • After the third pass, a player can either shoot, pass to the striker, or dribble forward through the gates into the attacking zone. • Players in the attacking zone, especially the forward, must anticipate the ball being played forward, positioning themselves effectively for passes, rebounds or quick finishes. • Defending teams aim to quickly win the ball & counter-attack, following the same rules.
