To be able to improve how a player receives, protects, and turns out of pressure.
• Green players pass to a Blue player, who starts high and drops into space. • Passes should target Blue’s back foot, with Green applying passive pressure after passing. • Blue executes a 360-degree spin (or another turn) to protect and turn out of pressure, using their arms for balance and ball protection. • After turning, Blue drives to the mini goal to finish, collects their ball, and joins the opposite queue. Green takes Blue’s place.
