• Goalkeeper passes to A. • A goes up the mannequin and performs an outside turn with the outside of the foot, then passes to B. • B receives with the inside of the back foot, shapes to play up the line but pulls the ball inside the mannequin instead. • B then plays to C, who receives, drives through the gate, performs a turn, and then plays in D. • D then delivers a cross to the goalkeeper with an Inside Foot, Chipped, or Reverse pass. • Rotation: A goes to B, B to C, C to D, and D to A. • After 5 minutes, swap the exercise around so that both sides are worked. • Ensure players know what disguise is and use it in all actions (skills, passes, receiving, etc.).
