To develop the up-back-through passing pattern with quick combinations, disguised movement, and directional play under passive or progressing pressure.
• Set up a working triangle with three players: A (start), B (bounce), and C (through). • Player A dribbles slightly forward and passes into B, who is positioned away from a mannequin. • B plays a one-touch bounce back to A. • A then plays through to C, who is positioned deeper and facing forward. • C sets the ball for B, who has shown mobility blindside of the mannequin. • B plays the ball in front on the second mannequin for C to receive. • C then drives through a set of cones to complete the move. If you have more than 3 players then this step can be a pass back to the start to begin again. • All players rotate: A to B, B to C, C to A. • Encourage pace, repetition, and clean execution.
